[Scan-DC] Something at the Pentagon at 9:00 tonight

Could just be setting up a construction zone in that area, I guess. They've 
been working on the 14th St Bridge for months. There were a couple of other 
cruisers marking out at the 495 HOT lanes construction site around the same 
time. But this guy did specifically say the Pentagon, not the bridge, or 
395, or something else.
