[Scan-DC] Scanner hobbyists fear radio changes

Alan:  Regarding the below article, I wanted to report to the group that I
am presently in Brevard County, FL having arrived just before Christmas.
When I finally fired up the scanner, Brevard County was dead.  Then I
checked my frequencies against Radio Reference and saw that the system had
been rebanded.  I changed the freqs and all is normal.  At this point
encryption doesn't seem to be a problem.  Bob Lee
