Maryland state police have something going on over in the Beltsville area... apparently a bailout on Evans Trail, which is off Powder Mill Road (MD 212) between I-95 (Calverton Shopping Center) and Cherry Hill Road... they are operating on the Montgomery County MSP frequency, 39.32, simulcast on the Montgomery County 800 system... incident is actually in Prince George's County but close to the Montgomery line... not really sure what is going on, communications were very garbled at the beginning of it... suspect is Code 1 mail striped hat, blue jeans, gray shirt.

I guess it began in Montgomery and continued into PG... I started listening when I heard a female voice, presumably trooper, yelling "Stop!  Stop!" over the sound of an electronic siren... presumably the car radio picked up the PA system?

Evans Trail is the Powder Mill Village apts, buddy of mine used to call it Powder Keg Village because of all the fires there...
