[Scan-DC] Fwd: Page County VA working stolen cruiser

Rt. 20 about five-six miles south of I-64. Spike strip was put out at Harris
Crk and all 4 tires were punctured. He went for awhile after that and fired
at least two more shots. He had the shotgun pointed out the window for quite
awhile when he was still moving. Toward the end they switched to a Fluvanna
County ch so that the suspect could not monitor the traffic.
