[Scan-DC] Park Police Helicopter over the Mall

Though there was the incident mentioned, I work next to the Mall...about a
block up from the capitol. Eagle One flies back and forth over the mall on
a regular basis....e.g. several times a day, so that, in and of itself, is
not unusual.
