Yeah I see them all the time on 270 helping out. Usually tow trucks with dollies.

The CHART trucks are light-to medium duty trucks that patrol the interstates and some state highways (e.g. Route 50 on the Eastern Shore) in MD and perform courtesy services such as gas and jump starts to stranded motorists... they also have push bars... I can't remember for sure, but I think some of them may be tow trucks; others may have utility bodies.  Funny, I've seen them often but not sure about that!  :)
