[Scan-DC] Another Arlington House Fire

Apparently he could see the fire from the crane, but had no way of knowing
the address. He pointed his crane toward the fire and relayed information to
the Fire Dept regarding where they were in relation to the fire. 4406
Pershing Ct. is the exact address. Bedroom fire on top floor of townhome.

A construction crane operator is reporting a house fire to Arlington fire
department, and is helping them triangulate to the correct location. FD has
located the house (3-story townhouse) at 2nd and Pershing (north), with
smoke showing from the roof.

Operations on Fire 1C.
