[Scan-DC] Great action - mont co 800 7 golf

I heard one unit tell another unit (apparently from a different
jurisdiction) that he didn't understand and that "we use plain English
here." Must have been yet another example of different jurisdictions using
different radio codes.  Especially on a Potomac rescue, which I believe
dating back to the Air Florida crash on the Potomac in the early 80's was
one of the original reasons to switch to plain English? You'd think after a
few decades they would learn.

Available on the Mont Co RR feed, although the compressed stream of a
digital scanner is pretty hard to understand.
