[Scan-DC] DCA terminal C shut down

I just tuned in not too long ago.  Sounds like some of the elevator  pits 
are filling up with water.
The are checking every elevator pit to see if the pit drains are working  
properly.
Airport Fire just cut the power off to "Elevator 44".  The elevator  for 
the Tower.
