Last that I knew, yes. Rockville barracks is 39.32. But note that they are 
(also) piggybacking on trunking systems of local jurisdictions... they have 
two talkgroups on the Mtgy county system, and they also operate that way 
over on the eastern shore...

But yes, I think 39.32 is still active here... it always sounds a little 
tinny... dunno how strong the signal is... I'll punch it up and see if I can 
hear it; what Ive been listening to is the Mtgy county talkgroups.
