[Scan-DC] DCA terminal C shut down

Sometimes a change in water pressure (or a surge) can cause a waterflow alarm... ie if there is a big pipe burst somewhere close by (Term C), that might be the cause of the waterflow alarm in the hangar even tho there's no problem there... of course they have to investigate.
Seems to me that just recently out here there was a working fire somewhere and the water pressure change set off an alarm nearby, but I can't remember the circumstances.
