Strike two......that's about where I live and I cannot receive it at all from there. I'm only getting it as I'm coming/going from work....so I'm think further west or north. I'll have to work up some courage and set in some i66 traffic to further investigate.

ah, I misread your question. how about a little farther southeast - there are some DOJ/FBI facilities near the tank farm in Newington? of course, those type of places are everywhere around here........
