[Scan-DC] Fwd: [MilCom] interesting cameras

Tonight I drove west on 100 from 170 (Telegraph Road) to Arundel
Mills.  There were two mobile message boards in the median between the
exits, posting travel times to route 1 and interstate 95.  There were
no message boards eastbound between Arundel Mills and interstate 97.

Possibly part of the same project?
