[Scan-DC] Electrical Issues in Ballston

Most Rail Lines are on there own grid. I bet almost every station has a
transformer at the platform that feeds the lobby of the Metro. And if power
was to go out I'm sure there is a switch to pull from the normal power.

Now there's a question I've never thought about... I would guess that the
_trains_ themselves have their own power (a BIG Lionel transformer
somewhere?!), but what about something like utility power in the kiosks,
stuff like that...
