Need I say more?
Anyway it might prove interesting to check the ICall/ITac freqs during the storm. At one point, I believe a series of repeaters were installed around the 95 corridor, and I haven't heard of any usage in quite a while (I've been told they have been used...). If there was any time interop might become an issue, this would almost certainly qualify.
They are listed here, among many other common usage freqs...

For those living close enough to BWI, the ops and snow plow freqs should also provide interesting listening, as would the various ground ops...

along with any interop/disaster/mutual aid talkgroups on the various trunked systems. No doubt they will get used, too.
Don't forget ACARS, trains...damn, I don't have enough radios (typical for a ham, hi)
