[Scan-DC] CAP? or Falcon-Virgo?

I'm hearing distant jet noise in Gaithersbush, around 5:30 p.m. local time - anyone know if Falcon Virgo is on for tonight?  I don't see anything about it on the NORAD site or any of the local media... and no alert from DC... 

Or maybe I'm hearing Combat Air Patrol?

Could be just commercial traffic I suppose... we don't get a lot of military jet (fighter) traffic in this area so I'm not attuned to the sound of it... altho usually it's pretty distinctive!

Could someone post some good frequencies to program and listen to for this sort of traffic?  Thanks, I know it's been done here before; I'll try and dig back through my old emails as well.
