What, again!!?

I've refrained from putting this  on the list until now, but with all these postponements, I gotta speak up.  It strikes me as a bit weird that they keep putting this off because of the weather... I'm sure it's in the interest of personnel safety, but I would think that they should be able to operate in less than optimal conditions if "the real thing" went down... seems to me that bad WX would be a good time to practice... but what do I know!
