[Scan-DC] Mystery Vehicle w/ Antenna Array

Interesting... looks as if it has regular Maryland multi-purpose vehicle license plates... in this case, a true multi-purpose vehicle!  :)  Surprised that it doesn't have digital camera jamming.  I'd love to get a peek inside that thing... thanks!
