[Scan-DC] Arlington working apt bldg fire

It's over by the Harris-Teeter in Ballston. Not a high-end part of the area. 
It's in the process of being gentrified, but it has a ways to go.

Unfortunately, Arlington is losing a lot of its Mom & Pop appeal, as 
neighborhoods with character are being torn down and replaced by high rise 
apartments, condos, and office buildings. Of course I live and work in said 
buildings, so I am part of the problem, but it is sad to see so many small 
stores being forced out of business. It is also taking its toll on traffic 
flow. I think the County Commission never met a potential new source of tax 
revenue that it couldn't resist, but I guess that's true in every county and 
city.
