[Scan-DC] Arlington working apt bldg fire

I think it was just 2, 4, and 8. Weather has suddenly grown wet, cold,  
and windy. Might generate some interesting calls overnight.  
Hypothermia for the shopaholics who are already lining up outside the  
big box stores?
