Breaker one-nine, how 'bout ya, turkeys, and Happy Thanksgiving!  Yeah, I noticed that RS had a set of 4 FRS walkie-talkies for $30, but no scanners on sale... I was hoping the PRO-197 would go down to $299 again like it was last year before Xmas... am gonna keep checking between now and then and will let the list know if it or its mate goes on sale.

Yeah, I'm not crazy about Best Buy but they're the only game in town now that Circuit City is gone... but I disliked The City even more than I dislike BB...

BB does have a Canon ELPH SD1200 digicam on sale for $150, I might try to get one of those later in the weekend... but I think the quantities are limited and I believe the colors are urky... like pink and orange.  No thanks.

I did see on RadioReference that scannermaster does have a slight discount on the PSR600 - $419, I think it is.
