Correction -- this is in North Arlington, Dittmar and Old Glebe. Rescue is
awaiting Dominion Power before they do anything, "less than 20 minute ETA."

Caused by raising a portable light system, coming into contact with wires.
Wires are down, laying across one of the victims who is not moving. Other is
seizing.
