[Scan-DC] Interesting Medflight call Friday night

Lots of mountain roads that bikers find fun until they wreck or get hit by a 
car. Then there is the occasional chase on I-81. Most of the time, the cops 
don't try to catch up to motorcyclists going really fast. Last summer I 
heard a trooper chasing one on I-81 near Winchester, until the biker slammed 
into the back of a tractor-trailer, which was the end of him. I know there 
are a lot of safe bikers out there, but I also see a lot of rude and/or 
reckless ones on the road (a somewhat higher percentage than rude/reckless 
car drivers, but not by much).

I hear quite a few accidents involving off-road ATVs too.
