I was awake and definitely heard them early this a.m. out in Bowie.

Does  anyone know how closely they stick to the dates / times on these  
exercises?  I thought I heard "the sound of freedom" a night or two ago  (ie 
before the times announced in this alert) - I can't remember which night,  and 
it was very late - I think between 0100 and 0300 maybe - and off in the
