[Scan-DC] FedEx field?

Thanks Doug. Hearing a lot of chatter on 148.5875 which is a fed gov  
freq. Still trying to hear what they are saying. Someone ask FedEx to  
turn the music down! They are talking about the stadium, but beyond  
that I can't hear.
