[Scan-DC] PMARS

PMARS is convential analog with a PL of 156.7.  There are PMARS TG's (patches) on all of the local trunk sytems so you could program the PMARS TG on one (or all) of the trunked systems you listen to.

I am putting PMARS into my 396XT (I assume it is worth it) and it wants 
the system type which is not available at RR.  Any ideas and anything
