[Scan-DC] Bank robber caught using GPS tracker

For awhile they had lost the signal at Old Georgetown & Nebel Streets
and the Rockville SAT officers on TG C1 were lamenting the absence of
dye packs.
They were searching the parking garage there, which is the apartment
building where the Harris Teeter supermarket is.
But Rockville SAT kept calling it Harris Tweeter. LOL.
