[Scan-DC] Bank robber caught using GPS tracker

Montgomery County Police at about 7:45 pm Friday caught a bank robber 
at Georgia & Spring Street who had robbed a bank on Executive Blvd at 
about 5pm.  Apprehension was by means of a GPS tracking device that 
was placed in with the cash.  Activity was on Talkgroup A7.    A
