I haven't looked at the link, but if it's the place I think it is, it's
the successor to the Army's Foreign Science and Technology Center, or
FSTC. It used to be in downtown Charlottesville, but it's in a new
building out towards the airport, if I'm not mistaken. They hire a lot of
engineers, aslong as they have experience in missile systems, bombs, and
so forth.
