ASSAULT AND BATTERY 11/2/2009, 1400 block of N. Rolfe Street. On October 31
at 10:45 pm a man was assaulted when he exited his vehicle by two men who
had heckled him while he was parking. The suspects were both white men in
Halloween costumes. One was in a black and white chicken costume, and the
other was wearing a blond wig and a white dress.


And following up on the Ballston stabbing incident from Monday night, the
Crime Report noted that the injuries were superficial. No chicken involved
in that one, apparently.
