[Scan-DC] Possible hazmat incident Gaithersburg

Muttgunnery has just dispatched companies 28, 17, and Hazmat 707 to a pool chemical truck on fire @ 7914 Cessna Avenue, Box 28-1, at the Montgomery County Airpark... dispatched as "possible hazmat" - opns on 7-Bravo at the moment...

What I don't understand is why the new hazmat unit at station 28 wasn't dispatched... cross-manning?  Uncontrolled?
