[Scan-DC] Arlington working stabbing at Ballston Commons Mall

thats what he said.  this was at a family event and we were all really surprised, too. It seems like such an normal upper middle class place. 

 

But he said outside of macys and the Caps Ice Rink, the rest of the mall caters to the lower middle class; add to that a large population of young adults with no many places to hang out,  and you get a lot of trouble.

 

he ways they have to (get to!) physically restrain lots of shoplifters, break up gang rivalries, drunken fights, etc etc that don't happen as much at the other locations.
