[Scan-DC] Arlington working stabbing at Ballston Commons Mall

[Andrew Clegg]

Please let us know. It's surprising how many seemingly big events that I 
hear on the scanner that never make it on the news (and it's surprising how 
many events make the news that don't seem to warrant the attention).
