[Scan-DC] Incident at Twinbrook, possible MARC delays

I missed the original dispatch, but Montgomery Fire is working an incident near the Twinbrook Metro station... apparently a car over an embankment in the Metro parking lot near Twinbrook Pkwy and Chapman Avenue in Rockville... car is not on the tracks, but they have requested that CSX & MARC stop all trains as they are working in the right-of-way area (not on the tracks, but close to them) to extricate the patient.  (Patient is apparently BLS).

Update, Incident Command has just advised that all personnel are clear of the right of way and that rail traffic can resume.
