My first thought when I saw the headline was, "Well, DUUH!!", so I had a similar reaction. I can't believe that somebody at the NTSB actually wrote this, and that Somebody's supervisor approved it for release. In my opinion it makes them look like a bunch of dolts... but then, I see this kind of stupidity all the time, many of the web sites of the local TV and radio stations are notorious for it... the English language is in a sad state in this country.

Sorry, I have a touch of the 'flu (not the pig flu, thank goodness!) so am grumpy; thanks for letting me sound off. I was going to post this to the list, but decided not to as there's no scan content in my contribution!
