[Scan-DC] Obama Goes to Hampton Roads on Tuesday

I seem to recall he went to Williamsburg on AF1, which is slightly closer
than Newport News. I think they tend not to fly the helicopters in low
visibility weather like today, but I don't know for sure.

Didn't he go somewhere close by in VA awhile back on AF-1 (ie one of the
747s?)  I'll have to look at my old emails... the university is only 10
miles from Langley AFB... would they use one of the smaller fixed-wing
aircraft than 28000/29000?
