Which reminds me.... Next to the old Navy Bureau of Personnel up above the Pentagon on Columbia Pike, there's an antenna. Mounted on the antenna are two small dishes like the one in the center of the photograph of the water tank on Georgia Avenue. One is aimed in the general direction of Bailey's Crossroads, where there is at least one DOD building. They are not aimed at satellites.
Why would DOD be using a method so susceptible, I'm guessing, to eavesdropping to send information such a short distance?
