[Scan-DC] Rocket Launch Saturday visible in DC area

FWIW, the UFO nets have gone nutzo tonight with the CARE rocket test  
freaking out dozens.  You can do a search on Twitter of UFO and see  
others who saw this rocket and are convinced aliens were coming.

C'est la vie.
