[Scan-DC] Solar Decathlon, coming up in October

I've been to the last three of these. It is worth a visit, if for no other reason than to see the nice control systems managing the solar arrays. The crowds get bigger with each decathlon.

I don't know if there will be any new frequencies to snag. Probably most traffic will be on FRS. Should be some Wi-Fi available. DOE is the department running this.
