[Scan-DC] Can you believe this?

I just can't believe this. How could anyone in command be this stupid? How
disrespectful and painful for anyone at the Pentagon or Arlington Cemetery
today. I usually don't get shocked by anyone's stupidity, but this made me
hit the roof.
