[Scan-DC] WRC-DT maintenance tonight

Why am I getting the impression that "they" don't quite have this digital TV dialed in yet (actually, make that "switched in", I guess you can't "dial in" digital, right? It would have to be analog, haha.) Anyway, why am I getting this impression, along with the same rhetorical question about the allocation of 800-meg frequencies for public safety, which also seem to be moving around...
