[Scan-DC] MONTGOMERY COUNTY AG FAIR

"Fair Operations", ie the county fire and police, on the 800-system will probably be on the "special event" talkgroups.  County fire dispatch is still simulcast (simulcasted?) on 154.16.  Seems to me that someone heard a lot of activity on the UHF band last year, probably GMRS used by some of the groups there... you may catch some of the school buses that they use as shuttles on that band also, but I've never really seen the drivers use the radios...

Depending on when you go, you may pick up Montgomery College security from either Rockville or Germantown on 452.25, and BCC Rescue Squad on 488.6625.  Parts of Montgomery Village (and other places, like Rio Mall) have private security from American Protective Services, I think they are on 452.0 and 452.5... there's another security firm, I forget the name right now, on 451.0.
