[Scan-DC] WRC-DT maintenance tonight

Could the tvs decide for themselves that a station no longer exists, if an
attempt to tune it is made during the maintenance period?  Our tv does that
for cable channels sometimes.

WRC-TV (virtual channel 4, actual channel 48) announced that they are going 
off the air tonight at 1:30 for maintenance, and when they come back on the 
air, folks using over-the-air TVs may need to re-scan. This would imply that

WRC is changing RF channels, but I don't see any indication of that in the 
FCC database. Anybody know what gives?
