[Scan-DC] Arlington retuning?

I presume that once they shift to the new frequencies,you'll have to program in the new control channels.

You certainly need to reprogram a scanner for the new control
frequencies.
And you can't simply assume that the new control channels will be the 
same as now but offset by 15 MHz (although they may be).

Andy,
Since the Arlington digital system is a true P25 system, the 396XT can
get
all the info it needs to track the system from the control channel--no
need
to reprogram.
