Coast Guard tests new Ericsson mobile communication system
CHESAPEAKE BAY, Md. - Petty Officer 1st Class Christopher Sinclair, a boatswainsmate at U.S. Coast Guard Station St. Inigoes, Md., simulates an arrest on Christopher Bimson, a defense contractor at U.S. Naval Air Station Patuxent River, Md., Monday, July 20, 2009. The simulation is held to test the new Ericsson mobile communication system for Coast Guard operations, which would potentially allow service members to have direct visual communication with other assets.
