[Scan-DC] Barricade incident in Fairfax?

You just reminded my of the guy that threatened to jump off of the WW about
an hour before PM rush about 10 years ago.  Ended up messing up the ENTIRE
beltway for the rest of the night!  I think just about all of the motorists
wished that PD would have cleared no report so THEY COULD HANDLE IT!  :)

Yeah, when I host _my_ barricade situation, I'm gonna make sure I have a
scanner (or two!) and internet.  And I'll arrange for McDonald's to cater
it, so the cops won't have to send someone out.  Oh, and I won't do it at
rush hour, so as not to inconvenience you guys.
