[Scan-DC] Barricade incident in Fairfax?

The colors refer to sides of the building - white is front, green is, I believe, the left, blue, the right, and black is the rear. Alpha, bravo, charlie, etc would refer to the levels, and numbers refer to an opening. So, white alpha 2 would be the front, first floor, second opening from the left.
