[Scan-DC] New Super Police Car

[Thomas P. Clouse]

Its stuff like that that really kills morale - the working cops gets
jammed up with disciplinary actions for trying to catch the bandits,
while the drive by and wave cops have a perfect disciplinary record.
But it sounds like a risk manager's dream, so I'm sure it has already
happened . . .
