[Scan-DC] New Super Police Car

When I did a ride-along with Arlington PD a couple of years ago, the officer 
mentioned how he wouldn't be surprised to hear about a collision due to 
distractions from the computer.

the problem with all the technology in the cars is how distracted the 
officers are getting - Fairfax County PD saw collisions with cruisers go up 
significantly after the addition of the computers.  it has levelled out now, 
but the current rate is still higher than pre-computers
