Hey Bob,

I had programmed in some of the VHF-Hi frequencies shown here http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?ctid=315 for National Park Service and Park Police and have heard some stuff... but actually haven't been monitoring any of those freqs lately... will reactivate them, glad you made me think of it... I had put them in during the winter when there's less outdoor activity.  I doubt that MD DNR does much with it as I believe the whole thing is under the NPS... but that's only a guess!  Hope this helps.
